Do I need an account?

No. PrintQuote 3D does not require registration or login. You can start creating quotes immediately.

Where are my quotes and settings stored?

Your quote history and settings are stored locally on your device. PrintQuote 3D does not operate a backend server or cloud account.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Open the Pro upgrade screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID that completed the original purchase.

How does the lifetime purchase work?

PrintQuote 3D Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. It is not a subscription.

Can the app import STL or G-code files?

No. PrintQuote 3D currently creates quotes from the material weight, print time, and business costs you enter.

What should I include in a support email?

Please include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue. Do not send sensitive personal or payment information.
